Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any special processing time will be noted in the product description or communicated to the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order, package, destination, and available shipping service. Customers can review the available shipping options and cost before completing payment.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the order has been shipped. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Cairns Creations' control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact Cairns Creations as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery problem, please contact Cairns Creations as soon as possible. For damaged orders, please keep the item and packaging and provide photographs so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
